Approved payment methods for Flat for Education
Once an admin has generated a quote in the Flat for Education account, they can chose how to proceed with the payment.
1. Payment by card
If you select this option, you will be able to input your card information.
2. Payment via Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted on Flat for Education! If you wish to purchase using one, you will need to upload a purchase order or send it to edu@flat.io for verification purposes. Below are the steps:
- The purchase order total must match the quote or invoice total.
- You will be invited to upload or send us a copy of this purchase order.
- Once we have approved your P.O., you will receive an invoice and your licenses will be available to use.
3. Payment link
If you need to send the payment link to someone else at your school or district, you can select the last box. Copy the given link and share it with the appropriate person.
4. Payment by bank transfer (SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH and BSB)
Our bank details are usually available at the bottom of your quote or invoice. Please contact us if you don't see them or need more details.

Billing History
Are you looking to find a billing receipt or invoice? Go to the Billing History section on your Billing dashboard. From there, you will be able to open any past quote or invoice that has been generated for your school’s Flat for Education account.
