Automatic deletion of student data

We take student data privacy seriously. To comply with data privacy laws, student data associated with inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 3 months of inactivity.

Important Note: Once accounts are deleted, data cannot be restored.

Here's what you can do:

• Free trials: upgrade to a paid plan to retain access to student data.
• Paid licenses:renew your licenses before they expire to maintain access to student data.
