Brass fingerings

Flat allows you to generate fingerings notation for trumpets.

Enabling Brass Fingerings

To enable the brass fingerings, you need to open the instrument settings. You can do so by clicking on the instrument button on the left of the toolbar, then clicking on "Manage instruments". Alternatively, you can click on the instrument name in the score.

From there, click on Brass Fingerings, then tick "Enable brass fingerings for this part".

The valve numbers are automatically synchronized with the pitch of the notes.

Instruments

Brass fingerings are available for the following instruments:

• Trumpet
• Horn in F
• Horn in D
• Horn in C
